PAYMENT & DELIVERY FAQ.

When do I pay?+
A 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining 50% balance is due before your order is dispatched. Approved B2B accounts with Net 30 terms may have different arrangements — contact our sales team.
What currencies do you accept?+
All orders are invoiced and processed in USD (US Dollars). For international customers, your bank will handle the currency conversion at their current exchange rate.
How long does production take before shipping?+
Standard production lead time is 7–10 business days from the moment you approve your design proof. Rush production is available on request and may incur additional charges. Delivery time begins after production is complete.
Do you ship to my country?+
Yes — we ship worldwide. We have delivered to over 30 countries. Use the region selector above to see estimated delivery times for your area. For countries not listed, contact us directly at sales@aoufintl.com and we'll provide a custom shipping quote.
Who is responsible for customs and import duties?+
For all international orders outside the USA, import duties, customs clearance fees, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship DAP (Delivered at Place) unless otherwise agreed. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
Can I get a tracking number?+
Yes. Every order includes full shipment tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Track directly on the carrier's website (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS depending on region).
Is my payment information secure?+
Absolutely. All payment processing is handled through industry-standard PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are SSL encrypted end-to-end.
