REFUND &
RETURN POLICY.

At AOUF International, we stand behind the quality of every product. Because all products are custom-manufactured, standard change-of-mind returns do not apply. Please review design proofs carefully before approval.

1. Manufacturing Defects

For verified manufacturing defects, we will repair, reproduce, or refund at our discretion. Claims within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence to ecommerce@aoufintl.com.

2. Incorrect Orders

Wrong product, quantity, or specs differing from approved proof — we reproduce and reship at no cost. Report within 7 days of delivery.

3. Order Cancellations

• Before design sign-off: full deposit refund
• After sign-off, before cutting: 50% refund
• After production commences: no refund

4. Custom Products

Custom-manufactured items are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects or incorrect orders as described above.

5. How to Submit a Claim

Email ecommerce@aoufintl.com with subject "CLAIM — [Order Number]", photos/video, original order confirmation, and approved design proof.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
