By accessing www.aoufintl.com and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If entering on behalf of a business, you confirm authority to bind that entity.

1–2. Products and Custom Orders

All products are subject to availability. Custom/made-to-order items require MOQ 50 units. By placing a custom order you agree to: provide accurate specifications, approve all design proofs before production, accept that post-sign-off changes may incur costs, and confirm all logos are owned or licensed by you.

3. Payment

All prices in USD. 50% deposit required to start production; balance due before dispatch. Net 30 available for approved B2B accounts.

4. Production and Delivery

Standard production: 7–10 business days from approved proof. USA delivery: 3–7 business days. International timelines vary. AOUF is not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistics partners, or events outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All AOUF International branding and content is protected. You are responsible for ensuring submitted logos and designs do not infringe third-party IP rights.

6–8. Liability, Warranties, and Governing Law

Liability capped at the value of the specific order. Products warranted to conform to approved specifications and be free from manufacturing defects. Claims within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Governed by laws of New York State, USA.
